Return Policy
Concordia Language Villages Online Store Return Policy
We work to ensure our customers are satisfied with their purchases. If you are unhappy with your purchase, we’ll be happy to return or exchange the product within 30 days of purchase for a refund (exclusions apply) or an exchange.
To make a return:
- Items must be unused/unworn
- Items must still be in their original packaging (if applicable)
- Items must not be damaged or show signs of wear
- You must have a receipt or other proof of purchase
Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges of the following items:
- Any food or consumable items.
- Any “mystery” items where the purchased items are a surprise and not selected by the customer.
- Any holiday promotion items.
- Items marked as ‘FINAL SALE’.
If you would like to exchange an apparel item, please reach out to us at orderclv@cord.edu to see if we have the correct size available prior to returning your item.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend that you should purchase postage that includes a trackable delivery method and insurance for the full retail value. If you are exchanging an apparel item for a different size of the same item, that new item will be shipped out at no charge. If you are exchanging an item for a different item, a new shipping charge will be due.
We will send a confirmation email once we have received your returned item(s).
